Behind the bar, a finance-bro in training thinks he’s found an easy target, but the young strategist across from him is only there to collect a debt. Produced through the 2025 NYU Tisch Empowering Indigenous Voices Directive Intensive on Tewa Territory, O’ga P’ogeh (Santa Fe, NM), this short marks the director’s debut working with a professional crew. Collaborative support allowed Maxy to center her focus on writing and directing, while defining the film’s visual language through cinematography and styling.
